I have the honor to address you and your worth through the Hon. Lord President of Argentina, Dr. Néstor Kirchner in order to express my sincere congratulations for listening and supporting national and international clamor to give rise to prosecution and punishment for perpetrators of state terrorism carried out in the country during the 70's.
