Response of Mothers and Relatives of the Disappeared Uruguayan

Given the statements made by the Commander in Chief of the Navy, Vice Admiral Tabaré Daners to commemorate the day of the National Navy Mothers and Relatives of the Disappeared Uruguayans is ordered to make public the supplementary report of the Force and at the same time make known the hiciese timely comments to the President of the Republic Dr. Tabaré Vázquez and in a separate envelope to the Assistant Secretary, Dr. Gonzalo Fernandez asking in turn, would forward a copy to that authority.

. 1. It is noteworthy that after so many years in which Armed Forces denied the existence of files related to the time of the dictatorship, now referring to them (see introd. P.1) as normal.
